How long does delivery take?
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours (on working days) and usually arrives within 2–6 working days. Shipping to Ireland is free and fully tracked: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
During very busy periods, such as holidays and sale events, delivery can take a little longer due to carrier delays outside our control.
Are there any extra costs or customs fees?
No. Shipping to Ireland is free and the price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no additional charges on delivery.
How long does it take to get used to the pillow?
If you've slept on a flat pillow for years, your neck is used to a different position. Many people need a few nights to adjust to a contoured pillow, so give it about a week before you decide.
Can I return it?
